1. Introduction

Welcome to CrowdedPixel! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our 3D design services, including per-project pricing and subscription plans for still product renders and animated 3D commercials. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

a. Per-Project Pricing: We offer 3D design services on a per-project basis. Each project is priced individually based on its scope, complexity, and specific requirements.

b. Subscription Plans: Additionally, we provide subscription plans for ongoing 3D design needs. Subscribers enjoy the benefits of consistent, cost-effective access to our services.

3. Payment and Billing

a. Per-Project Pricing: Payment for per-project services is due in accordance with the agreed-upon terms outlined in the project proposal. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

b. Subscription Plans: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis, according to the selected plan. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is current and accurate to avoid service interruptions.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed upon, the intellectual property rights to all 3D designs, including still renders and animations, created by CrowdedPixel remain the property of CrowdedPixel.

b. Usage Rights: Clients are granted a license to use the delivered designs for their intended purposes outlined in the project agreement or subscription plan. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Revisions and Modifications

a. Per-Project Revisions: Per-project clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

b. Subscription Plans: Subscribers can request revisions within the scope of their subscription plan. Excessive revisions may be subject to additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

Both CrowdedPixel and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of a project or subscription.

7. Termination

a. Per-Project Services: Either party may terminate a per-project service agreement with proper notice and adherence to the termination clauses outlined in the agreement.

b. Subscription Plans: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We strive to deliver high-quality 3D designs, but we make no warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the services for any purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

CrowdedPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greece.
